Thanks @Former-Member. Just a bit disheartened that it is going to take a long time before the meds help. I knew it was the case, I guess just hearing him say that made me upset.

Understand @Former-Member,had a reaction to a antidepressant years ago when my life went.Had to go to a psychiatrist to get prescribed another one,they took a while to work .

If you aren't already taking it @Former-Member I suggest Magnesium tablets and vitamin B.

@Former-Memberthanks for the suggestion. The psychiatrist wants me to undergo some test anyway so might come up when I get bloods done.

Have you received an email stating why @Former-Member ? That is usual I believe ..... and it might be about changing one word, or a simple phrase, or something .....
It can be a bit upsetting in the moment, but your post was valuable. There will just be a slight adjustment, I would imagine, but I haven't gotten to the email notification yet as I am out, and just saw now where you tagged me.

I'm taking them both for stress and energy past six weeks,had the magnesium years ago as the reaction I had caused facial ticks and muscle spasms,I don't know if it helps but I hope they have some benefit.
