really!? thats abit wrong i must say as its a trigger for alot of people @Former-Member try to block it out, think use the mindfullness skills you have and count the colours in the room, count the letters on a poster or something that you cna focus on

Can you speak up quietly @Former-Member and let them know it is distressing ? They may need to know that for other people in their waiting room, and for future reference ..... and be grateful that you "educated" them about it.

Can understand @Former-Member,I've had times of severe psychosis with depression with it very powerful eg:someone telling me I am worthless or telling me to SC,or when I just felt I wasn't alone. I can relate to how you feel 👤
