im sure you can work things out. jsut take things slowly ok
take it minute by minute if you need to. you wont be the first or the last person to do so, others including myself are in that position atm too

Well today can't be worse than my antics yesterday (head hung low!) @outlander so thats the way I am looking at it!

Weve all been there sitting in the car and not knowing what to do and no where to go.
Its not a great place to be but im sure things will be ok. It just takes time

@Former-Member don't ever be ashamed of how you act or the things you do to cope. Yes, it's not ideal, but often when we're in crisis we don't think rationally; we just want the pain to stop. Just keep going, one foot in front of the other, one day at time.

Thanks @Sans911, that is something I work through with my psychologist. I feel very angry/ashamed at myself for not dealing with everything that happened to me better. It makes me feel weak for having to reach out for help.
It was recognised early on by my psychologist and have been trying to work on those feeling around it. It is a work in progress (or that's what he says anyway!)
