I've got no words tongiht, I feel so choked up with nothing coming out but I don't want to go to sleep. I'm too scared I will have another flashback like last night. It was so vivid, I could even remember what I was wearing. I can't go through that again tonight. I will fight it for as long as possible.

I have jumped over to Maggie's thread with it because it is something we have been talking about, and the puzzle pieces have just clicked.

Will try to go to bed by 12:00. That has become my bed time lately .... pumpkin hour.

@Former-Member .... I was taught growing up that rest is equivalent to half-sleep. Is there something restful you can do during the night hours for now ?

Do you have a fur-baby to cuddle up to ?

I am laying on the couch just about to put a movie on. If I drift off there then so be it,

Sadly no fur-baby, I cannot cuddle my turtles!

The document from King Edward Memorial Hospital makes sense @Sans911,and I can relate to many like fearing I will look foolish.,or when I have to take flight due to a trigger.I had to get the ambulance yesterday,my mother decided just when I was going for a walk to walk in the garden.Had to go out when I saw her,I was behind her and she fell,nearly on a rose bush.Needed assistance to get her up.Once I made sure she was ok and helped her change clothes,had to go for my walk due to the anxiety I feel.
