Maybe try to take in right back to thinking about the next moment. Ask yourself what you have to do right in this moment. Things feel too hard for me when I get caught up in thinking about everything all at once. Try and find that safe space in your mind again if you need, and escape there until you're ready to come back.

Also, you're so not alone in sitting in your car while things pass. I know of lots of us who have done this one before too and lots of us who didn't know what the next step was either.
