Well Done @Former-Member! Thank you for keeping me going. I have at least packed x3 boxes of books for charity yesterday (books are heavy), but even just one box a day is something.
This rainy sleepy weather has created an overwhelming sense of inertia. Just gotta push through. Keep getting up! 🏆

Ok'ish thanks @soul, the chest is almost clear but got the 'gitters' (shakes) and light headed, agitated - like when ya ravenously hungry, mind sharp, jumpy, weird. Vitals: BP-122/80 P-62 BSL_4.5 so not sure what's going on. Not felt this before, suspect nerves (stress), hope not a breakdown, or heart. Managed to do my shop shift but they let me sit mostly at counter.

That’s a worry @Former-Member. Maybe it’s a sign that you need to slow down a bit. Please get it checked out if you’re still feeling like that. You’ve been under quite a bit emotional stress lately so it could be a reaction to that.
Got any plans for the weekend? Have you had any more inspections on the house? That garage sale must be coming up soon.
I have sent a message to my son suggesting a catch up over the weekend but he hasn’t replied yet 😩
Weather permitting I will head out to the markets tomorrow and pick up some fruit and veges. There is also a festival in our suburb so that might be nice to check to check out.
