It always takes me time to adjust to daylight saving @Faith-and-Hope
The first year we had it was 1971/2 - and I was pregnant and had a hard time getting my little son to adjust meal-times and naps to the change in time - then when I was in labour at the end of daylight saving they came and put the clock back an hour - this was a big ask to live through the same hour again and I have thought this happens to thousands of women every year - can this be good?
Anway - back to you - jet lag is hard enough to adjust to without adding putting the clocks forward and having two people having melt-downs - and now two days in one - it would seem that way - like some kind of time shift with three hours that definitely happened but don't register on the clock
Thinking of you today Faith and sending extra love and thoughts and care in my package for you
