Well I'm finally home (again). 4 hospital stays in 91 days. Wow. No wonder it feels so strange to be in my own house again. Adjusting will take time. Cooking for myself will take time. My house is in the same condition in which I left it. A pigsty. So no one room has warmth and charm to lift my mood. Will have to slowly start cleaning up - one room at a time. I did go and watch my son play soccer in the finals. I'd been so sick this year - thst it was the first game I had been to all year. His team lost. But they play again next week. So still stand a chance of playing the grand final. My son is still living with my mum. Has been since the end of April. Hopefully he will see how much I've improved on my new anti depressants and anti anxiety meds. Then he may choose to come home soon. Was up and doing the washing early this morning. But now reading a book in bed. Am very bored. But have AA Meeting tomorrow night. And I have my WorkCover IME (independent Medical Examination) - psych interview with a tough psychiatric on the 30th of this month. Think it could be on Wednesday. And then I have my much waited for Psychologist appointment. Can't see him when I'm in hospital (too far away). So that's it for now. A new thread for a new beginning. @Zoe7@soul@Former-Member@Faith-and-Hope@Bast@oceangirl@outlander@Former-Member@Teej@BlueBay@Owlunar
@soul. Thanks for the attachment because I had to check. Yes if you tilt the note a cockatoo will fly. And there is a sulfer crested cockatoo. Cool. I don't watch the news, so I didn't know that. That's a good news way to start my day. Thankyou. I tossed and turned all night.Slept on and off. Nightmares - really vivid. I've been grinding my teeth and chewing my tongue in my sleep. Must have been distressed. But it's good news about the money. @Faith-and-Hope. I'd already finished the last of the milk earlier in the night. And I was too tired to get out of bed aagain. Just one of those nights. Normally I can handleit, but iit's happening most nights now and I'm definitely sleep deprived. So I was angry about it last night & that doesn't help sleep. Lol.

Re: HOME
Yeah @utopia ...... good morning ...... 🤗💕
I saw @soul had mentioned breathing exercises to you this morning, and I had forgotten that in the moment last night, but it's a really good one ......
Someone told me about breathing in to a count of 5, and breathing out to a count of 7 ...... and concentrating on that difference tends to help calm anger as well. I think physiologically it helps your body to relax.
Yeah, it's sucky when you can't sleep and anger takes over. I'm sorry you have had a run of bad nights. Hope you get a chance to rest at some point across the day ..... maybe outside on that newly mown lawn ..... 😊

Re: HOME
Thank you @soul. I only had 3 & !/2 hours sleep. Just woke up before. Bad night. But other than the sleep, I think I'm doing okay. My anti depressant doss seems to be working. The sunshine helps. I am not feeling depressed and motivation, while slow, is starting to come back. How are you doing this morning

Re: HOME
Glad you're doing okay @utopia. Got to get that sleep sorted too. I'm the same. I'm a bit sleep deprived at the moment. It eventually catches up on you though.
Have a couple of things to look forward to so that's nice. Going to the markets with a friend tomorrow morning and will try to catch up with my son. Daughter will be out most of the time.
