Of course

What made you want to study architecture?

Im super lucky ive got others who know the stuff im studying. It makes a great distraction and often provides entertainment for others reading when we start making jokes too

Re: not coping

I have always wanted to be an architect. The precision drawings. Being able to design peoples homes and making their dreams come true. It all just appealed to me. I loved graphic arts in high school and excelled in it. It was my passion.
I can definitely see how studying with others can be a great distraction @outlander. so glad you have that distraction when things get tough. ☺️

@Lee82

I love old buildings (and some more modern), especially living in London. Love watching architecture shows too, like Grand Designs.

Re: not coping

Lol...no I'm terrible at designing rooms. I can invision what a room would look like but where to put what I'm useless. Anyway I never got to finish my course and so that dream was never fulfilled. @outlander

Same here @Sans911 love all the grand design shows. How long did you live in London for?

Its never to late to persue your dreams @Lee82

Re: not coping

That can be true but I would have to make too many sacrifices to peruse that dream. Sacrifices I'm not willing to make. I have to try and put my kids first and make sure they get the best possible chance they can get with their schooling. In order for me go back to architecture it has to be full time at uni. I cannot do that course online. I cannot provide for my family as well as be at uni everyday as well look after my boys. @outlander
