Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Basically till im better @Lee82 im just tollerating what i can atm so small amounts of tv or music etc just everything in small increments

I had the drs today @Lee82 and he told me to see a psych be6caise ive been sick for a few months.
Sometimes a concussion can take months to heal properly but im hoping it wont take that long. Been 2 weeks already im guessing at least another week since no improvement yet. Actually feel worse tonight then the past few days.

Not really @Lee82 i havent done my clients horses for nearly a week. I have to do 2 tomorrow though just as an urgent thing. Pops carer that i pay for each week is actually hopeless. Im not happy with it at all but i wont get into it now. Basicaly ads more work for me rather then being helpful.
I do have a friend who has been really caring though but with her own conditions worse then mine she cant help much. Her popping arounf for a cuppa or offerring to help even though i know it would be alot for her is nice enough
