Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

it does @Snowie
anything cold, or when we had the wind, or bending over, getting up to quick, to much screen time, trying to read anything like magazines etc (and then i get blurry vision trying to focus) thats prob why people with concussion are suppose to avoid all these things except nice and quiet no technology time.

I can head up staff training @outlander but that’s not really what I want to do. I think I’d like to make hamburgers at Maccas or coffee at Starbucks lol

Sorry to hear hun that so many things set your headaches off @outlander it just isn't fair.

I hope it settles down for you soon. Glad you could at least eat something for dinner.

Why not @outlander ? They come in, order then leave. If they’re not happy, no worries I’ll make another! Far less stressful than managing Govt budgets!!!

I hope your meds let you sleep well tonight.

My day was ok. Doctors and psych appointment(via zoom).

I am hoping that helps for you hun @outlander You should not have to deal with this pain day in day out. I hope your symptoms ease soon for your sake.

@outlander I agree with @Snowie you should be able to get some relief sweetie. I want to fix you up and take away your pain and send you on a holiday to Perth where you can watch the sunset on the ocean.
