Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

I do get high bp quite often @Eve7 its usually managed unless im in alot of pain or more stressed then usual etc the usual things that increase it. Bit high for my liking though thats for sure

What do you mean u wony be alone till sat? Im so sorry im forgetful atm and i cant remember if u told me.

You probably didn’t see what I wrote on my thread the other day when you hit your head.

Tomorrow is the anniversary of losing my sister and my friend’s funeral so I’ve really struggled every day.!Yesterday was also when I was supposed to leave for my European holiday.

Anyway I’m staying with a friend tomorrow and Saturday.

I will stay safe @outlander @and I hope you get good results.
