Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

@outlander that is alot to deal with. Do you have any rl support people who can help you juggle all of this? It is alot to deal with.

no not really @Bunniekins i have to deal with everything on my own. i have an online counsellor but am i havent felt like talking to her either. i have a womens health nurse that i see once a month but its just a weight management thing. its my own fault i dont ever connect with anyone and its to hard to hide from anyone offline anyway.
im just tired of life i guess.

@outlander You clearly need help in organizing all of this as you have so much going on. Can you gently push yourself to reach out to your online counsellor? run through everything with her and see what she says.

i usually connect with her each week/fortnight depending on when i have the kids.
i think shes on tonight so maybe ill try tonight.
@Bunniekins i dont really like talking to counsellors anymore though- nothing the current one has done. shes probably one of the better ones ive had so far so i dont know why.
