Re: not coping

i really hope not @NatureLover but my teeth still are abit tender so it could be. ill see how it goes and if its not ok by the end of next week ill give them a ring.
i have 8 teeth that need something done to them (thats why the dentist has highly reccomended going to hospital to have them done) so i hope the high pressured cleaning stuff hasnt made it worse. it doesnt seem as bad today as it did a few days ago so hopefully that means its going back to normal

Re: not coping

I really hope your teeth are going back to normal and the bad aftertaste disappears, so that you don't need to ring the dentist.

Is your dentist recommending you have all 8 teeth done at once? @outlander Wow...

Re: not coping

yeah @NatureLover i would actually rather them all done at once. itll cost me more if i get each individual one done anyway. 300 for the appt plus 300 for the reapir so 600 times 8 is 4800 on its own.
if i get them all done at once its 1900 plus the hospital fees which is another 1900 then the anaethetist is 500 is 4300.
if my hospital insurance covers it though i only have to pay 1900 (take away 400 because my extras cover will cover 2 of the teeth)

Oh, I see, @outlander . Wow, that's a lot of money. So you have to save up to have it done in the next 12 months?

Re: not coping

it is alot of money its no wonder so many people go through the public system @NatureLover
i dont want to go back through the public dentists atm though because the dentist i have now is actually really good so if i can help it id rather stay with him and the hygentist that i seen.

the length of time ill need to save depends on how much itll be. If the assessment goes well with my insurnace company and they pass it then ill only need to save around 2000 instead of 5. after 12 months i can use my hospital insurance for anything but thats still 10 months away.
