Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

I also know how hard it is to talk about our MH at times, and sometimes it is difficult to know where to start. Lots of squishy hugs sis 💕💕💕

been having alot of those sa nightmares but not sure what the trigger is @Snowie hoping it might settle again soon.

have been searching for some recipies that i can try out and that pop and the kids will eat as well. it would be good for us all to have better things i think esp in winter. so far ive only found 5 recipies that we would all have/can have. i forget how many things actually have cream or milk or something in it.

Hoping for your sake the nightmares settle soon, they are horrible to have @outlander

It must be very hard trying to find recipies without milk, cream and everything else you cannot have now. I hope you find some more hun.
