not coping

Thank you @Eve7. The longest time I was in hospital was 5 weeks about 3 years ago. I remember those feelings you are experiencing very clearly.

I'm still living the tough road some days, but at least the pot holes aren't so big to drown in now!! And it's taken me 3 years to feel less traumatised about my experiences and get down to formalising a couple of awful complaints. I am hoping to take one professional to the licencing board as I believe she has breached her code of conduct. It's not nice doing that to anyone, but I believe it's necessary that lessons are learnt and people are made to be accountable for their actions.

My negative experiences now serve as my passion to help others hopefully get treated better than me. Everyone deserves kindness, compassion and respect. 💖💖💖

Yeah using a phones abit annoying @Eve7 i usually only use mine if im not at home or late when im in bed. Hooking it up to the tv sounds like a good idea

have been out and done some of the horses since 730, pickup grocery shopping, back home now. have much more to do today though but running out of energy already so will see how much gets ticked off the list.
