Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

I've seen that movie. It was a good watch.
could you maybe soak in a bath instead hun to try and sooth your injuries or would that make it worse?

yeah i thought it was pretty good too @Lee82 its just finished now.

i have 3 more openish wounds so the water stings. the nurse cleaned out out properly last night but it stung so much i was shaking for ages even when i got home. ive been letting them air out a little for the past 2 hours since ive been at home since the dressings needed changing anyway. might just have a really quick one.
i fell down a gravel embankment so i have quite a few scrapes, most are closed over properly and arent causing any issues just the bigger one that had to be cleaned out (and same leg that has the 3 different swelling spots) and the 2 deeper blisters

Definitely could go another. Thanks @outlander Then I am going to sit down and do some diamond painting try to calm my anxiety a little and distract my thoughts away from the darkness.
