Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Take a deep breath my darling, I couldn't begin to understand how you are feeling right now and I am sorry that you are feeling panicky. You have done as much as you can and I am sure it will be ok. Remember whatever is going on right now it is important to be gentle with yourself and your self talk.

Thank you heaps, Nikki...it's taken me 4 days just to tidy up and remove /hide all the junk...now I have one day to do all the cleaning...I can hardly face some of it so am working up to it wqith the smaller stuff. Rental inspections alweays throw me badly 😞

@Thank you @MDT ... I have a rental inspection and am not copign with all the cleaning...I have hoarding disorder so if you can imagine my house...the stuff weas not up to the ceiling but there was an awful lot to remove...now haven't left much time to clean...

Do what you can @NatureLover becausr that's all that anyone can do.

It won't be perfect when the inspector sees it but at least they will see the place. Plus they are in real estate and you don't owe them an explanation about anything health related. You aren't accountable to them in regards to your health - just the rental agreement. Do what you can.

Well done you, high five. That must have been a long 4 days, but you did it! Cleaning sucks no matter how much or little you have to do. But I am sure you will get there, if you doubt it just remember how much you got done over the last 4 days. I will have a cuppa with you when it's done and remind you how awesome you have done. It's nearly over and then you can breath and take some time for some gentle self care.
