Rainy and cold here @outlander. I've not been up to much. Catching up with emails and stuff

its cold here too but im home now and in front of the heater watching a movie @Sans911 still pretty tired and very unenergectic atm.

my bp when i got in there was 149/95 😬 thankfully it come down a little bit (still in the 140s/ 88 by the time i was able to leave but i think that explains the headache i had before i went in there!
they have found a few things during the scoping. so far its a hernia, a heck of of lot of inflammation and a few different areas needed biopsies so just waiting on those to come back hopefully within the next week and then will speak to the specialist again. when he told me what he found he asked me a few times if i smoked or do smoke (which i dont) but i cant remember the reason why.

So are they going to repair the hernia in another operation? And inflammation sure cause be a source of all your pain. I'm glad it wasn't a fruitless procedure.

it was a much better expeience then my dental op though. the nurses were nicer and introduced themselves and spoke nicely, the anaethetist was quite funny trying to distract me from needles cause i said im not a huge fan of them and i finally met my specilist as well. ive only spoken to him on the phone so far cause of covid and him limited who he actually sees unless neccessary. one of the nurses said you look quite good for someone whose nervous lol. i said yeah i tend to look well, its a different story on the inside though but they were all good in there. i didnt come across any snarly nurses thankfully so was much nicer then the last op i had.

im feeling okish @Lee82 still have abit of a headache, tired and abit bleh but nothing major. i just took some pain relief since im allowed to eat and drink now and just keeping warm with a movie.
