not coping

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

It sounds like you've had a super rough day today. It is never OK to be abused no matter the reason. I'm sorry this happened to you amongst everything else going on in your life right now.

i feel quite sick this morning like really nauseous. i tried a cup of tea and thought maybe if i had a piece of toast it might help but 2 bites in and i felt like it was going to come back up and made it worse so will just stick with a cup of tea for now.
its cold and raining here so i dont think ill be doing to much today. just have the kids ths arvo and the horses (depending on the weather)

I hope you can have a restful morning if you're not going out to do the horses.

I'm doing OK thanks...having problems getting my documents down from the cloud uncorrupted, but I'm mostly OK in myself today 🙂

im going to see if i can skip the horses. the farrier was suppose to be coming but i think by this arvo if it keeps raining the way it is its going to flood down there anyway.

gotta love technology hey! cant live without it but sometimes its such a pain! im glad your ok within yourself though

OK, I hope you can get out of doing the horses...it sounds too wet for a farrier to come anyway?

Yes, I'm going to ask someone to help me with my corrupted documents today. I feel like a pain always bothering them about technology! But I tried all yesterday and it's not working.

I hope your pain is bearable today and you can get some food down sooner rather than later, @outlander ...

yeah normally it would be to wet @NatureLover

asking for some help sounds like a good idea. i like to use my harddrive rather then the cloud lol so i dont normally have to many issues except finding what im looking for!
