not coping

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

saturday and sunday are usually ok @NatureLover its mostly just the horses but not the huge amount. the weekdays are usually the busier ones. and mum is generally off work or shes only gone for a few hours so its not to overwhelming either. i will just make sure i dont add anything else onto my schedules etc from now.

gosh they arent making it easy to access that support @Sans911 i hope now youve given consent to the mh team they will approve it. having someone trauma informed would be good to talk to them about this too.

if they reject it maybe you could have a chat with blueknot or 1800 respect? i think they both deal with all types of abuse/affects of abuse in childhood and adulthood as well so maybe they could offer some support for you as well? i know you have to ring them (but can remain anonymous if you wanted) to speak with the trauma trained counsellors though.

im glad that the chat with your sister helped though. she seems like shes quite level headed and sees things from both sides as well.

i know pop is going to be abit over bearing if he finds out ive had a procedure. im almost wondering if his brother might have him for the weekend-leave on friday and come back sunday when i would have recovered. he doesnt do well with support workers etc so i have to tell them they are my friend and they are just giving me a hand. makes it a little tricky.
