Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

I don't see a psychologist in person atm @Lee82 I have an online counsellor who I can speak with on a weekly basis when I log on to there. I don't talk about the abuse though. I tried today but I cant talk on the phone. the counsellor who i spoke with once before will be on through the week so might connect with them. i dont know yet though.

Hey lil Sis @outlander. I fell asleep earlier, and I'm just awake for a little bit so I thought I'll drop in here to see what's happening.

I had such an upside down kind of day. All my appointments changed times, and I went to the hospital clinic to pick up some dressings on the morning only for them to tell me because I had changed dressings, I had to see a doctor to approve (or not) the dressings I was using. Because I didn't have an appointment, I waited 2 and half hours to be seen. Very frustrating!! I had to cancel my support worker, and ended up being a few minutes late for my pdoc appt.

I'm the end everything worked out OK,

Im glad the dressings were approved and are sorted now though and you got to your pdoc appt too.
