Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

I hadn't thought she might be saying the same thing to other patients. I think I will say something since my distress has been increased b/c of her.

You do have a very busy day tomorrow sis @outlander

I hope it all goes smoothly for you and you can book in everything you need. The quicker everything gets sorted the better for you hun.

yeah i think if you feel ok to say something then do so cause if its increasing your distress then i would say its happening to other patients as well. she wont learn unless either you say something to her or chat to another surpervising nurse to speak with her.

i honestly have no idea how im going to fit everything in! i aslo have to try and fit an mri in asap while trying to work around the kids as well. so frustrating. i need the arvos sometimes too!

Perhaps you need to say no to you looking after the kids @outlander even if it is only a day here or there. Your health needs to come before looking after her children hun.

im thinking Thursday will probably be the day cause she is off work and then i can try to do it after my dental surgical appt. ive asked for her bf roster as well cause if he is off or doesn't start to 6pm like he sometimes does then i cant see why he cant have the kids in the arvo for a while if i need to use the day

I might ring up in the morning for the mri that way when I go into his clinic I can ask to make another appointment for the results cause its usually a weeks wait but I get paid this week so if I do it for this week then ill be right-tough to start with till I get the rebate but its worth it to find out the results.

it is worth it to find out the results @outlander and that way you can start making plans on what needs to be done.

he says the mri wont cost anything through him, I really hope the place that im going to will honour that and not charge 400 😬

are the good nurses on tonight? they hopefully have changed shifts by now

It should not be a decision between finances and health.

They are doing change over now hun. I haven't left my room yet to see what night nurses are on.

I might go take a quick glance and see who is on tonight. 🤔 I don't think sleep will come soon, took my meds an hour ago, might have to go back for some more prn me thinks.
