Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Hopefully they come in tomorrow.

The nightmares last night were bad, I have to somehow get through tonight.

mm that's disappointing @Snowie since tomorrow is Monday do you think they might come in tomorrow? I really bloody hope so!
im sorry the nightmares were so bad 😞 that's awful. are the nurses helpful if you have one or need extra support in the night?

I think they will come in tomorrow @outlander hoping so anyway.

I have had a student nurse this afternoon. I told her I was feeling down and my SH and SI are high today. She told me just to be happy 😒 Mmmmm I don't think she should go into mental health. Some are just not right for it.

I am hoping the nurses on tonight are good (they don't start till 9)

oh is that student nurse still there? @Snowie i remember you mentioning her i think only a few days ago saying that she said the same thing :face_with_rolling_eyes:😑
if it was as simple as 'be happy' lots of people wouldn't have mh.

i hope that the ones that start abit later will be more helpful tonight.

If I am put with that student nurse again I will be saying something thats for sure. They don't have students on overnight. If I get who I had last night then they were kind so hoping for him again. Ironically he shares the same name as my D!!!

I do have ect tomorrow hun.

mm yes @Snowie i think id say something too. imagine all those patients she is telling to just be happy. you wouldn't be there if it was that simple. silly girl.

i have a busy day tomorrow. at 830/9am i need to go into the clinic where the gastroenterologist is, fill in all the paperwork and get the scan requests and admission requests for the public hospital, run across the road to the hospital and hand in the paperwork for the gastroscopy, ring up for an mri, do the horses, and i have the kids till midnight
