Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Hello @tyme I had lunch with some former work colleagues which went well. One is on workcover and the other has resigned. We wonder how we worked in such a toxic work environment. I’m glad I’m out of it now.

I also went shopping for new clothes as I’ll be in Vic next weekend and need more warm clothes.

Im about to eat stir fry chicken…bit late eating after lunch out.

Yes! You need warm clothes here in Vic. When the sun is out, it's okay, but mornings and evenings can be so cold @Eve7

It sounds like so many people are on workcover now. What's going on?

I am using my health balls… 2 small blue enamel covered balls that you swivel both in one hand at a time. There is a little chime in them. Also known as meditation or baoding balls.

no not me @rav3n i dont plan to move anywhere or travel at the moment

had surgery number one and the pain treatments. few weeks will be my other surgery so mostly resting at home till healed up more
