Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

i have all the prrof just not worded properly which means ive wasted so much time and money and have to restart all over again @tyme makes me wonder why i even bother

i feel like my entire personality has gone. i dont care about much. dont want to work or see anyone. havent been to the paddock or for walks. havent even een pop in 2 weeks. the house im in doesnt feel like a home. everything feels wrong

yes have someone helping @tyme its a company i basically hand them the reins and let them do whatever.

no i plan to stay in bed, nothing to do and dont feel like doing anything.

depression doesnt cause intense hallucinations and paranoia @tyme. the dr thinks i have schizoaffective disorder so will see what psych says

I was referring to the depressive feeling @outlander . But yes, depression doesn't explain the hallucinations etc. Do you think knowing what it might be will be helpful for you to seek the support you need?

tyme i honestly dont know. i guess speaking to the psychiatrist will hopefully shed some light on things.

i have some job interviews next week and some meet and greets with a few possible support workers for myself
