Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

its quite drama filled this year @rav3n

i think there are some lovely couples this year but i especially like jamie and dave and feel like are one of the best matched people.

there are a few individuals that i dont like and feel ruins it for their partner.

i did get abit sore at times but overall pretty good shift.
havent slept yet, i got busy trying to catch up on some things but going to go to bed early i think

i cant really go into details but essentially pops dementia is getting much worse and i had a meeting with the staff at the home earlier to discuss the changes theyve noticed etc @Snowie
im just drained. i still care so deeply for him but at the same time its one of the things that still affect me alot.

i am worried about starting more trauma related therapies as well.

It's hard watching someone go through this horrible disease.

Therapies can be hard hon. Still trying to decide if I want to go back there myself.

it is especially always being in the firing line @Snowie when things go wrong or hes in a mood

i wouldnt really know where to start with trauma, i have so many. the one that scares me the most is the abuse. this person will never be back in mine or anyone close to me lives so not a danger but that always is at the back of my mind that a report will be done or something. i cant have that.
the other 3 traumas maybe i can deal with as theres no risk of any reporting involved
