Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

yes @Jynx its a risk to be having the surgery atm but this would be the 4th time i would have rescheduled for the same reason. i cant keep putting it off. if i need to ill get a hotel or an air bnb for a few weeks but itll be very expensive so just hoping where i am works out at least for the next month or so.

It is hard over the holiday period @outlander I find that too. Psych and pdoc both take time off, but hard time for me. Oh well, have got through it. Maybe not great but come out the other side.

I hope this place works out for you, at least for your recovery period hon. The surgery is not something you want to put off again.

@outlander ugh talk about a rock and a hard place. That's so rough to have to choose between health and safety like that. I hope things do unfold with minimal stress, and we'll be here for you the whole way 💜

its hard when our supports pick the times most of their patients need them to have time off @Snowie i guess its nice for them though to have time off.

no i cant afford to put this surgery off again otherwise i may not be working! my bodys been telling me for a while that ive needed it but i havent been able to afford it either. ive at least been able to py everything off across th time ive had to keep cancelling

@Jynx it is hard. it really makes life harder then it needs to be.

just trying to get through the day @tyme
the last few months have finally reached a point where theyve broken me. i dont have any fight left so im just trying to get through each day. i see my psychologist in a week but she will probably try to schedule me or encouage another mh hospital visit

Oh oh no @outlander . It sounds like 'survival mode' has really kicked in. It sounds like you are hurting so much and the stress of everything is getting to you. I'm reading that you have a few supports in place, but I recognise they can't give you a roof over your head.

I'm here if you need to bounce off any ideas.

I wonder if this is a chance for your family members or loved ones to reach out to you?

@tyme i have no family. no one speaks to me and hasnt for over a year.
