Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Sorry I haven't chatted tonight @outlander,had to take calmatives for my own good as I'm not coping with anxiety and stress,and feel unsafe similar to you.Hope you are safe.

Oh @outlander I've been there many many times, you can do it, but gently, very very gently. Take some time to look at nature just for 5 mins if you can. You're an artist, notice colour changes shapes designs. Just take a deep breath of fresh air outside, walk in the grass barefoot. We are walking beside you, remember, you are not alone even though it feels that way. Also there's a "dogs rock" thread, if you can, just visit and find a smile. Thinking of you.

Thanks @appleblossum,going shopping today try and get one,need it for my anxiety.Plus want a" p*** off" sign on it,yes want bottom one too.Top one when I get home.
