Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Thank you for the update. We are so pleased to hear about a permanent placement for your pop. You have really done your fair share of caring and I'm sure you have learnt a lot from it.

You have such a big heart. It's time for you to look after you. We care very much and want what's best for you.

Did you ever get NDIS sorted for yourself?

@tyme the last time i called them they said i was getting closer to the top of the list to be assessed so hopefully within the next couple of weeks i may hear from them or thats my hopes anyway

i hope so too @tyme im under some investigations at the moment and if they are confirmed it will mean another lifelong condition that will need management and may mean wont be able to persue my career in disability. ill find out in 2 weeks but between now and then i also have 4 more tests that i have to do as well.

That is huge news. For as long as I have known you, you have been your Pop's carer. I'm so glad that you have a place for him and that your family is on board. I know that brings up its own set of issues, but at least you won't have all the responsibility on your shoulders.

You will be able to get back some of your life. One that you choose the path instead of having to think of your Pop first.

And also you go on half a carers pension for a little while before they cut it completely like me , I was mum's carers before she went permanently in to aged care
