Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Hello @tyme I have never been able to get onto the pg chat so gave up trying. I have an assignment to finish this evening so that’s what I’ll be doing.

I had a good session with pdoc this morning and we worked out some strategies to keep me safe. An admission was discussed but I declined for the time being as I have a few responsibilities with family coming up. I came home from my appointment and slept all afternoon.

Hey there @outlander Im sorry Im late; thank you @Shaz51 for tagging

I read you have covid, @outlander and starting to feel worse...Im really sorry.

I wondered if you might qualify for the antivirals? I think people on certain medications, of a certain age, or have some kinds of medical conditions can get access to them on the PBS, via a GP Telehealth apt where they send a prescription to a chemist and I think some of them can shuttle the medication via courier or staff drop off in some areas. Im sorry if this doesn't apply, however I gently wanted to mention it just in case it may be of help 💜
