Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Hey @outlander @Snowie Not great this morning - my IBS playing up again but feeling much better this afternoon. It has been raining on and off all day so a good day to be inside ...silver linings hey!

Back tomorrow Snowie. The kids do not start until Thursday - I thought it was Wednesday until my psych mentioned hers go back Thursday so I checked and she was right. It gives me another day to get organised so I am not stressing I have not done what I wanted to do now. The next 3 days are half PD and half class prep so I have some time.

Oh I can do without the heat lol @Snowie
If I could adapt the weather to be cool all the time I would lol. My physical symptoms always flare up when it’s too hot esp the headaches and strangely my vision goes weird so it’s a challange to manage in the heat. Tomorrow and the rest of the week is low 20s with some showers though so will be much nicer.
I hope to get to the beach for a sunrise walk since I have a couple of days off.

It’s good H is with you today, maybe you can chuck on a face past time movie to watch together today? Did you manage to get all your linen sorted out now

Sorry to hear that hon @Zoe7 I can't imagine what the pain would be like but I'm sure it isn't pleasant.

Good to hear you have a few days to get things ready. Didn't realise TAS went back then. S started school on Thursday.

I don't mind the heat @outlander but not this hot! Oue week is looking less hot too, which should be good. Hopefully with the cooler days your pain settles down.

Got all the linen sorted and everything changed, washed and put away. Also cleaned out the linen closet and donated some things to the local op shop.

A beach walk sounds nice, especially at sunrise.

Watching the cricket together. Will admit that I really like watching it. Most people find it boring!
