Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

i ended up in hospital last night unable to breathe and vomiting but ive had an ok day today

it was determined that it was either an allergy that caused it or one of the stomach spasms that i get as it created alot of reflux as well and was pretty awful.

i went for a short walk today on the beach and then just resting at home watching some movies. im feeling tired but i dont feel like sleeping at the moment

i really needed the fresh air @Snowie and pop was out at his program so i went for a walk on the beach near there on my way home. ive had abit of a nap earlier or not so much a nap but just layed down and as playing on my phone

Laying down having some 'me' time is sometimes as good as a nap @outlander

i dont mind being in company but it depends on the company they keep @Snowie

being home is a trigger for me so its hard being home but with my ever increasing fatigue and health deteriorating its good to have that space when no one else is around to just flop on the lounge with a movie or in bed with netflix
