Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

ive vaccumed the floor and folded all the clothes and put them away.

im watching ice age 3 now and going for a shower. i think im done for the day. ive put my christmas lights on inside for a little bit.

dinner was cancelled but still going out lights, icecream and back for a cuppa abit later on afterwards. its pretty hot in the house to be cooking so im having coco pops instead lol

thanks @Snowie it was to busy for ice cream so we skipped it. but we went looking at lights until 11 and come back and chilled out till around 1 am when she went home

i had to travel an hour to go pick up specific medications and then an hour back then been babysitting, had to go get pop from day programs. hes going to aunts again tonight as i have night shift. and then volunterring from 730am-10am and then work from 12-4 @Snowie

Thats a long way for medication. I am thankful my local chemist always has what I need.

I wish I could see the looks on the people's faces when you are volunteering. I would imagine they are priceless.

i have a local chemist but the medication im on for some of my allergies cost over $800 unless specially approved by only a few specific hospitals. because i have a very rare condition they have approved me so as long as im happy to pay $50 to purchase them and travel to get them and pay a nurse to do them at home then i am still approved. $300 for meds and nurse a month is alot better then $1000

life can be hard sometimes.
i just feel so tired and empty. even helping people is getting harder. looking after myself is getting harder. i havent really been in a spot where looking after someone is to hard for me. its one of the greatest things that give me joy even on a bad day and lately im struggling so much its to hard.
i feel like im getting to a point where i might need hospital again soon and get myself some help

Do you think you're experiencing some burn out? Compassion fatigue?

i think so @Jynx and then family issues. and one of my medical conditions also cause major fatigue. im just so tired all i really do is sleep or rest and every part of me is just tired. i dont even know how else to explain it im just so tired. spending hours and hours in bed. i just feel like i honestly have nothing in me. i thought the medical treatment i went for wouldve helped with it but it hasnt. it doesnt seem to matter how much i rest im still justso tired
