Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

its hard @Captain24 managing mental and physicla health is so much to handle. im so tired but it feels like a different tired. i really like my new job though but its seems to be everything else apart from that. it all piles up.

no, no news yet. i have to go get another assessment done for some places so its on the list to do. im just trying to hang on

It’s good you like your new job but I do hear how hard it is for you managing it all.

I know I can’t understand what you are going through. But just know that I’m listening.

I really hope he gets in soon. Is there any time frame on any of them?

yes i quite like my new job @flufflight ive just been promoted and have a good opportunity next year as well thats coming up.

my mental and physical health is letting me down though and its making it hard to be able to do my job properly some days
