im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

honestly last time i went up i just was monitored as im not anaphlyactic. just have bad allergic reactions but sometimes need the ed drs to adminsiter extra meds to get on top of it. @Snowie
i took the emergency meds. they usually do work but i normally call a dr first to make sure its safe to do so so i did and got approval tonight. ill probably feel it for a little bit. once the inital reaction is gone it makes me feel abit sick and tired and headachy almost like my body has to fight the allergy off like a bug! so strange but normally im alright by the next day if im extra careful and dont do anything to antagonise another reaction even by accident
