Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Sometimes lil Sis @outlander we need to just get things out of our head. Whatever way that comes out. No one thinks less of you for that. Your life is full of frustrations and invalidation. Those people who are supposed to show their love, care and understanding of you don't. You are belittled and ridiculed instead.

It hurts me greatly that they can't see what I see in your heart and mind. Don't be afraid to be yourself here. Don't hold back. Because we're here for you. Anytime you need us.

im sorry 😞 i don't have any words.
im tired, physically, mentally.
i know i am so so lucky to have my forum family here but it feels like everything offline has to be done alone. everytime i reach out it never goes well. i know this will pass even if its painful but atm im struggling to stop a meltdown and the dreaded downward spiral.
the more anxious or upset i get the worse my headache/nerve stuff flares and my stomach flares up so im not winning much atm.

Thinking of you @outlander as you are feeling so alone and unsupported in your real life. 😞 Am wishing for healing for you physically and mentally, which may take time I know... Really hope the pain allows you to sleep tonight.

feels like ive over eaten yet again even though its half a meal. so im going to have a shower watch a movie then try for some sleep. hopefully will have settled by then.

will try @Lee82 suggestion of sleeping more upright. I found some extra pillows so hopefully itll be abit better providing my back don't sieze up (old horse riding injury)
