Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Its so hard sometimes 😞
You try to be nice and helpful to everyone but when you need help they go running.
You get in trouble for not speaking about what's wrong but when you do it becomes about them, or you get the eye rolls, or 'uh huh' even though they have no idea how much it took for that
person to ask for help or share whats wrong everything always seems wrong even when it right.
How are people suppose to live when your punished for doing not only wrong but also right.

I know that feeling hun. Can you do something nice for yourself tonight? A little bit of pampering. It won't take the hurt away but might you feel a little better within yourself.

atm i just want to go into the deepest rabbit hole i can find.
ive already started dinner so i guess that is a start.
the feeling everything but not caring and trying to maintain safety is tiring. A few hours sleep probably wouldn't go astray so will try to go to bed earlier then 2am tonight.

I am so sorry to hear that @outlander . It is just not right or fair. I understand that pain all too well. You deserve compassion and love and care and comfort and so much more.

I know it's hard to think about ourselves that way as we can sometime be our own worst critic but I am here to say you are all those things and I am sure everyone on This forum will agree with me honey.
the amount of support and compassion you show everyone is amazing. Even when you are going through pretty bad days you are there to support others and give advice. That takes a very special and strong person to do that.
you go above and beyond for your family and the way you look after your pops is truely amazing. You have to try and see that. @outlander
