Re: not coping

2 of my employers do know @Snowie but i feel like ive got them fairly controlled that i dont really want to discolse it yet to the new employer until i see where its heading or whether the working hours affect me. the treatments ive been having have actually been helpful physically and thats the main concern. they know ill be away for medical treatment for 2 weeks at the end of the year but they are ok with this

no i highly doubt any protest and i wont be disclosing it anyway. once its done its done and i will also have capacity to add someone else onto it so itll be my mother.

Re: not coping

As long as it doesn't affect your work @outlander then I don't think you have to say anything. You are giving them enough notice about your upcoming treatment too.

Hopefully your mother starts doing something more and supports you and your Pop.

Re: not coping

it hasnt been affecting my work until recently @Snowie which is why im going for more of a top up treatment and then hopefully ill be right again for at least another 6 months
oh i was honest about the time im needing off because its not fair to them plus these are already arranged before this job popped up. theyre a nice company and nice people so i think the change even though itll be scary to start with will be abit more worth it.

she helps on weekends and she already supports me with him going to a home. she doesnt help in much other respect but knowing i wont have a fight on my hands when the time comes helps

Re: not coping

Well hopefully the treatment will help hon both physically and mentally @outlander

Any change can be scary, but that doesn't mean that it is not worth it.

I'm glad your mum does help out with your pop on the weekends. It is good that she supports him going into a home. Just one less thing you have to worry about.

What plans have you got for tomorrow?

Re: not coping

i have the interview @Snowie and pops physio. suppose to be really hot here again so will probably be inside for most of the day. I'm on school run as well so another earlier start.
im fatiguing still alot in the arvo but hopefully it improves abit.
have to see the speicalist in a week for my test results as wel. it might have the answers to the unexplained.

im currently trying to find my favourite shoes! they discontinued them but i still try and find them sometimes lol but these ones wont last to much longer with all the walks i do and work! and horses and whatever else these shoes have been through lol.

what about you?

Re: not coping

Sorry, fog brain! Kids are on holidays here so no school run or me.

Does the physio come out to your house for your pop?

It certainly is spring here but not hot yet. Do you enjoy the warmer weather?

If I like a pair of shoes I always try and buy them in different colours. It is hard to find good quality shoes that fit well.

Hopefully the specialist has some answers for you. It would help to know what is happening.

Haven't got much planned. Have to go supermarket shopping and washing. Running out of food!! The kids always seem to eat more when they are on holidays so have to stock up.

I really have been in a brain fog lately from taking prn. Not sure if that is a good or bad thing.

Re: not coping

our holiday starts at the end of this month i think @Snowie next friday im pretty sure.

no i dont cope well in the heat. mid 20s are ok higher 20s if theres a breeze. anything more then that is a nope for me. its going to b 35 tomorrow so thats a definate nope!

yes physio comes to the house thankfully.

these are my favourite shoes because of the colour. these were from about 3 years ago and i got 2 pairs but one of them got ruined so i was very dissapointed. ive still got this pair but they get used all day everyday so it might be time a for a new one soon. they dont have this colour any more but same style. dont like the new colours though. to red and not blended well for me.

yep kids do tend to eat more on holidays!

Re: not coping

It's meant to be 26 here tomorrow but then a cool change comes.

That certainly is hot @outlander I don't really like anything over 30.

Do you have air conditioning?

You might have to shop around for some new shoes. Do you have many shoe stores near you?

They certainly eat a lot, especially S. I think he is having another growth spurt. Almost taller then his Dad now. I try and limit only going to the supermarket twice a week, it is so expensive now.

Re: not coping

no i dont have any air con @Snowie on the 40 degree days we often go to the mall or somewhere cool because our house is a sauna in summer. if its 30 outside its 40 inside! i will look forward to a house with air con

i do more online shopping. i dont really enjoy going into shops much

thats growing teens for you! esp boys! they do seem to fit that stigma hey. does S get his license soon

Re: not coping

Omg @outlander I don't know how you get through without air con. Hopefully when you move into your own place you can have it. I hope you have at least have some fans.

I normally shop mostly at Aldi which unfortunately doesn't have online shopping. If it did I would certainly use it. If I can't get things at Aldi then I normally end at coles. They are the only two supermarkets near me.

Do got her license just over a week ago, so has been driving everywhere! When S has his birthday next month he can go for his learners.
