Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Not that great here either @outlander but at least it is not raining.

Journalling helps get my thoughts out, but doesn't seem to help with dealing with them lately. Still using unhelpful behaviours.

Glad to hear the plumbers are there hon. Hopefully it will be all finished soon.

we have that annoying spitting rain every now and then. not enough to call it rain but still have a couple of spits. @Snowie

im glad journalling helps abit sometimes. might be time to try another new strategy though if its not as helpful for some things?

I had a gp appt. this morning @outlander She asked how I was and did I want to talk about anything. Just clammed up and said I'm fine. I had the opportunity and just blew it. So upset and angry with myself.

I think it was struggling to find the words @outlander Also once I start it would be hard to stop. Was worried about what she would do if I told her the truth.
