Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

It is pretty @outlander. It doesn’t look like snow outside so I’m hoping it doesn’t! I just can’t take her. I just can’t do it.

its going ok @Snowie its getting abit slow though. im making up my plan though. i think ill call it my mental health action and wellness plan

That sounds like a good name for your plan @outlander

I hope that the plan can help you. It is always good to have something in place when things are not going great.

Is this to give to the people who will look after you after your op?

@Snowie yeah itll be for the new support worker that im planning on seeing ongoing. ive seen them once or twice before and they dont know how to help me and i dont normally know how to ask them or know what will help so i guess if i have sort of a guide they can learn with me.
so itll be used for my support people i guess.

im not going for an op, its basically a high intensity combined infusion of medications. would almost prefer an op! ive had those and they can be easier to come back from then this treatment!

Thats good that you will have it written down for your support worker @outlander Hopefully those awkward conversations don't have to happen now.

Thanks for clarifying what treatment you are having. Hopefully it goes the way it should and can help.

she already knows a fair bit @Snowie she already knows about a bit of my past and also the fact i self harm. she helped care for me after my surgery a couple of months ago so she knows and i dont need to go through that awkward conversation but it might give her an idea as to if im in a panic mode or im struggling to express myself help me able to settle and refocus.

itll help i have faith in that but it is really hard to go through, very isolating and intense esp if you start having hallucinations and stuff as well

Ok today thanks @outlander Its beautiful weather here but I’m housebound. I was supposed to be going away but that won’t be
