Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Im not sure what I would like to happen in an ideal world. I guess being physically healthy would be a start, for trauma to have never happened would be even better..

there such silly triggers today too and then over thinking them. ive done lots of what I know how to do too so honestly im lost too.

I'm so sorry about your trauma. I really hope you can get some healing...I know full healing isn't always possible, but a lot can happen (my experience).

I'm not sure your situation with physical health (no need to tell me) but I'm hoping that can improve too.

Really hoping that you can get some mental and emotional relief for your intense anxiety this afternoon. Am continuing to be here for you as long as needed / until some wiser people who know your situation come along.

Thank goodness for you @Former-Member . I admire you very much too...thanks for your kind words. Thank goodness you can sit with @outlander this afternoon as you know her situation.

I appreciate you being here @NatureLover and id like it if you stayed.

Physically atm things aren't very good. about umm a page back theres a slightly longer post about an update on it but basically the past few weeks ive been getting bad stomach cramps and horrific nausea- to the point sometimes I cant even stomach a glass of water, the drs ruled out some things and run a ct scan which found a large mass and wont do further testing on it to find out what it is because he thinks its to expensive and not worth the risk of having an mri scan like the radiologist suugested. so instead hes sent me to a gastroenterologist/hepatologist who is triple in price

Oh my gosh, that sounds horrendous @outlander ! I will look a page back for your post...it sounds like you'd rather have the MRI?

I would @NatureLover but the gp also wants me to have a gastroscopy so I have to see one anyway. an mri is a $300 gap fee and basically gives an answer as to what we are looking at.
gastroenterologist is 300 but I get 200 back, but then any other procedures and tests are an added fee. procedures like a gastroscopy start at $1500!
