Re: not coping

@outlander Mm that is really hard, when the folks around you really seem to expect a lot from you but aren't willing to give in return. And boy howdy 4k is a lotta dollarydoos, I mean if it's worth it it's worth it, right? It's only your mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing after all 😅

I hope you do find yourself with friends who actually want to show up for you, you're very deserving of that.

Re: not coping

well im not allowed to drive for 2 days after it @Jynx and the side effects can remain pretty intense including visual disturbances so yes its pretty scary to try and deal with on your own or when people are around you but dont speak to you.
it is alot but its also not when they are providing a proper service i guess. i may reduce some of the hours etc but i might just save and whatever i have saved it what ill use to get a requote. the main expenses are getting there and back. uber and taxis are way to expensive for this distance and also im not allowed to leave the place without someone i know signing me out so either way i at least need it for that

Oh hectic @outlander! Yeah glad that you have found something to get you there n home safe, even if it's gonna cost a pretty penny. I hope it all goes super smooth and isn't too hard on your wallet in the end.

i hope so too @Jynx it only comes around once a year but i wasnt sure if i would get approved for the treatment again so i didnt save and then the crap happening at home it took alot of my savings. the company is honestly so genuine that theyve said they feel really bad that im paying for things and dont want to charge me but obviously they have to

Re: not coping

@outlander what a whirlwind! Glad you did get approved, and that this org is so ready n willing to support you. I imagine that means it will be a high quality of support and worth all the headaches.

i figure if i can earn an extra 300 a week that will put me right on the mark for 4k in 4 months time @Jynx

Re: not coping

Oh @outlander I'm so sorry to hear that. You must be feeling so down about it on top of the pain. Physical pain always makes me feel quite down...the longer it goes on especially. I really hope you can get something sorted soon.

Re: not coping

Hi @outlander

When can you get to your GP next?
I hate headaches, I am usually prone to them through the sun and it carries out the whole day..

I hope it is able to be soothed 😞

Re: not coping

ive had a type of headache called cluster headaches for the last 6 weeks @fluffylight @hanami they are headaches that turn to migraines then go back to headaches and is a never ending cycle. i thought i finally broke that cycle as the headaches reduced down to either one mild headache a day or a slight ache but it appears they are back again.

im going to see the dr tomorrow morning. ive already tried a couple of treatments so i have a feeling shes going to send me to the emergency department for further treatment as the last resort is adminsitered while in hospital under supervison
