not coping

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

its only because your having a hard time with your mental health @Snowie and besides our supports are there for us to use as well.
i felt so bad a couple of years ago that i was seeing a psycholgist every week, had to see the mh nurse every week and i also had to see my gp every second day and i had to do daily check ins as well with reception.

I know I am lucky that I see my psych fortnightly @outlander . I know some people even don't have that. I just don't see a point in everything anymore. I try and try but things just getting worse. I just don't want to play this game anymore.

No doubt you were worth the fight hon. I see so much potential and strength in you.

She's a calico @outlander! I haven't seen them too often either. Her mama was a little tuxedo cat and her papa was ginger. So like in this chart, which explains tortoiseshell cat geneaology:

Except because her parents both had white as well, she's a calico rather than a tortoiseshell. Why yes, I did go deep diving on cat gene expression after I took her in 🤣
