Re: not coping

gosh @Snowie it would be hard nt to have your supports. it sucks they didnt find you someone to replace your therapist while she was away even if it was only one or 2 sessions just to help get you through

They're half sisters @Shaz51 - different dads. So Trixie is the one in my profile pic, she's a calico. Razz is only 4 months old, she's a lil tabby. Here's some pics!

Re: not coping

They are beautiful looking cats @Jynx A family is so much more then just people. Our fur family is so important to us.

@outlander it is hard not having that support. Even though I was prepared for it (she gave me prior notice) I didn't realise just how much I rely on her. My MH certainly has taken a battering since she has been away. It hasn't helped either that within that time my pdoc was away too.

Re: not coping

It does sound like a crazy week for you @Shaz51 I hope you are able to find some peace and quiet for yourself in amongst all the chaos.

It has been hard @outlander . I have emailed her but she hasn't answered so I am assuming she is still away. I spoke to the pdoc last week so that has helped a little, but I don't open up to him like I do with her.

I'm glad that it is working out with your supports. It is easier when we connect with our supports.
