Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

My psych tells me to walk more.

Well done on the assessments!! You're getting close now. Stinks to be demotivated by work, that can be draining. I like your walks for self care, hope you and @Snowie get to both go for a walk and clear the mind a little 💜

i do pop in and out but these last few weeks have been really crazy. and im still super busy trying to finish my certificate and get ready for some intense medical inpatient treatment at the start of december

my treatment goes for 8days and im on a continuous IV drip for it. its an intense treatment designed to try and rest the entire body system in hopes it reduces pain and allow me to go abck to doing other activities ive had to stop

yes work has been very stressful atm esp since i have a pile of work to still do but havent had a hance because ive had so much recent stuff to sort out like having to implement more safety protocols at work and get more bahviour plans in place and a few birthday parties at work that ive had to help with.

ive got alot of cardiology appts this coming week and the following week, trying to finish my studies and trying to work as well. its crazy here and my boss will put me under the pump because she needs things done before the work audit at the end of the month but she doesnt do anything or want to help out so im not rushing through it. not when half of it isnt even my job.
