Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

is there anything i can help with? or anything you want to talk about? im happy to listen if itll help or i can provide distractions? happy with either


im abit tired of being in pain but nothing new. im actually going to go to another state for some possible treatment. im taking some leave from work though for a couple of days so i can spend a couple of days exploring as well and just resting to get away from the drama that surrounds my work and family lol.

I wish there was an easier answer but there isn't. I think I will be in bed soon. I am having trouble sleeping at night. My meds help until about 2am and then it is hit and miss after that. My pdoc increased my meds today so am hoping that helps.

I hope this other treatment helps you hon. You certainly deserve to have a break from it all. Sounds like a good idea to take some time out for yourself.

yeah i can relate to that @Snowie life can be pretty sucky sometimes

hopefully the med increase helps abit too, might take a couple of days to kick in abit though. would some essential oils in a diffuser help to keep you relaxed?

ive found a new liking to gardening esp when the weathers nice and after a day in the garden it helps me sleep. maybe you could try some gardening or even sitting outside in the sun. walking near the beach and the salty sea air can be helpful too. mayb afternoon walks and then a hot bath before bed would be alright?

I have some oils in a diffuser and also have oils I rub onto myself at night @outlander

Not sure if they help but will keep using them.

I am glad you have found gardening hon and that it helps you. Hopefully you are better at keeping plants alive then I am!!

I have been walking lately with the dog when is isn't too cold and rainy. We have a new walk course near my house so have been using that. Might try a bath. I think I have some bath bombs somewhere so might go hunt them down. I have a hairdressers appointment tomorrow so that is at least something to look forward too. Cover up the greys!!
