Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

I feel like im smothered by my oen thoughts. Its causing panic attacks. Im already so tired so i have no ides where the energy is coming from for these. 3 days about to 4 days in bed with nothing to do is really getting to me esp after just loosing another job because of one mistske

thanks @NatureLover @Appleblossom im testing negative for covid now thankfully but i have a really bad virus of some sort, my drs trying to work it out otherwise i may need to go to the hospital for medical treatment

I was really looking forward to something in the coming days but looks like im not going either. I had to give my place for this event away. I seem to be giving up alot of things lately. Its getting harder to enjoy life when all i do i have to give things up or have to suffer in pain or illness.
Seems to be to much to ask just to be ok and actually mean it when i say that i am ok
