Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

@outlander I'm so sorry to hear that, I can't imagine how much that is for you to have to process. And enduring physical pain on top of it all certainly can't be helping either.

I think when I have something like that, I give myself a bit of time, stay distracted or busy so that I have time to move through the shock before I try to process any of it. I hope you're able to find some quietness for yourself, if that's what's needed

thank you @Jynx it has been a long hard day. at least i have diagnoses confirmed but the news that comes with it isnt good.
i dont really know how to accept it when its flipped my life upside down

@outlander Yeah I can imagine, like yay for clarity but also now you have to adjust to this new information. Maybe it's not time for acceptance yet, and it's okay to have a whole load of differing emotional reactions swirling around at the moment. I imagine there are some adjustments and stuff that will need to happen too, it may all feel pretty daunting right now.

thanks @Jynx i wish it was something i could really distract from but it causes so much pain its hard to ignore. i miss just going for a walk, i cant even do that anymore.
