Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

All we have here is each other @outlander and now above all else is the time to support each other - that includes you and every single member that has some way been affected tonight. Keep reaching out yourself but also take care of yourself - that is super important. If you need time out also then take it but whatever you do everyone is here for you as well.

I will be alright @outlander. I feel incredibly cared for right now. I'm keeping myself safe. Mr A is against my leg so I can't really move. I still need to calm down a lot more, but I'm getting there. I'm watching a Ted talk in between coming back here.
